1. The agreement and the service
References to Bizlif, we or us mean the operator identified on this page. These terms govern your use of Bizlif's account dashboard, website builder, hosting and related platform services. They apply together with the plan/checkout information, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and, where we process customer data on your behalf, the Data Processing Terms. Our operator details appear on this page.
Read these terms before opening an account or buying a plan. If you act for a business or organization, you must have authority to bind it. Do not use the service if you cannot lawfully enter this agreement. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain in force.
2. Accounts, sign-in and team access
Provide accurate account information and maintain access to the Google account used for sign-in. You are responsible for the people you authorize, the permissions you grant and activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to meet an obligation we cannot exclude. Notify us promptly if access is compromised or an authorized team member should be removed.
We may verify ownership before restoring access, changing sensitive information or responding to a data request. Possession of a domain name, a screenshot or a published page alone may not prove ownership of a Bizlif account.
3. Plans, limits and availability
Your plan determines the websites, storage, pages, products, themes, elements, apps and other features available to you. The plan and checkout information shown when you subscribe controls the purchased period. A free plan or trial is subject to its displayed limits and any stated trial end. A feature being shown in a demo does not override your plan's entitlement or promise that every integration is configured for your account.
We may maintain or improve the platform and change features. We will not describe a temporary disruption as a guarantee of uninterrupted service, and these terms do not create a service-level agreement unless a separate written agreement expressly does so. We will provide any notice or remedy required when a change materially affects a paid service.
4. Fees, payments and renewal
Review the price, currency, billing interval, taxes and payment method before purchase. The fees or charges presented at checkout apply to that purchase. Provider fees or taxes must not be treated as included unless the purchase information says they are. You are responsible for accurate billing information and for completing the selected payment process.
Automatic renewal applies only where you authorize a supported recurring payment arrangement. A manual bank transfer does not by itself authorize automatic deductions. Cancel an automatic renewal through the available Billing controls or contact support if you cannot use them. A price change must not retrospectively alter a period already paid for; any proposed future charge should be disclosed before it applies. Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate, as explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Your websites and your customers
You are responsible for the content, products, claims, prices, taxes, delivery, customer support and legal notices on websites you operate. You must have the right to upload and use your materials and the right to collect and process visitor/customer information. Provide the notices, permissions and policies appropriate to your own business and audience.
Bizlif's marketing policies do not automatically become a merchant's customer policies. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, you are the seller to your own customers; we are not responsible for fulfilling your products, approving your advertising claims or deciding your customer refunds. Connecting a payment, analytics, advertising or other app does not transfer those responsibilities to Bizlif.
6. Content ownership and platform rights
You retain rights in the content you own. You grant us the limited permissions needed to store, copy, process, transmit, back up and display that content to provide the service and publish what you select. This is not a transfer of ownership of your business content. You can control publication using the features available to your account.
Bizlif, its software, platform interface and supplied materials remain protected by their owners' rights. Themes, fonts, stock media and third-party assets may carry additional licenses; you must respect those licenses. A theme or generated design does not guarantee that a name, image or other material is free of third-party rights. Do not remove mandatory notices or resell platform access except where a plan or written agreement permits it.
7. Apps, AI features and third-party services
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, availability and fees. You choose whether to connect them and are responsible for the credentials and permissions you provide. We cannot guarantee continued availability of an external service or that an external provider will approve your account.
If you use an AI feature, review its output before publication or use. Outputs can contain errors, unsupported claims or material requiring additional rights. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share with the configured provider. A generated answer, design or policy is not a guarantee of legal, financial or professional accuracy.
8. Domains, publishing and copies of your work
A Bizlif subdomain is a platform address provided under your plan, not a transfer of ownership of the bizlif.site domain. Custom domains require a supported plan, domain control and correct DNS configuration. Domains purchased from another provider remain subject to that provider's registration and renewal terms.
Publishing makes selected content available to visitors and potentially to search engines and other third parties. Unpublishing cannot recall copies already made by others. Keep appropriate copies of important business content and records; hosting and backup measures do not replace every export or recovery need. An import, theme change or deletion should be reviewed before you confirm it.
9. Suspension, non-payment and ending an account
We may restrict or suspend affected functionality for non-payment, plan-limit issues, a serious violation, a security incident, unlawful activity or a lawful requirement. Where practical and safe, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. We may act immediately to protect people, the platform or other customers, or where notice is legally restricted.
Canceling a renewal is not the same as deleting an account. Before requesting deletion, arrange the copies you need and resolve domain, billing and team-access matters. Closing an account may end hosting and access to associated sites. We may retain information where required for legal, billing or security purposes, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Ask about return/export options before ending service; these terms do not promise an export feature that is not offered.
10. Responsibility and limitations
We will provide the service with reasonable care. You should evaluate whether the available features and safeguards meet your business needs. Except for express commitments and obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular search rankings, sales, income, error-free AI output or suitability for every regulated activity.
To the extent applicable law permits, neither party is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where it cannot be excluded, or any other non-excludable liability or consumer remedy. No wording in this agreement removes a protection that mandatory law gives you.
11. Questions, disputes and applicable law
Contact us with the account email, the relevant transaction or website, and a description of the problem so we can investigate. Do not include passwords or full card details. We encourage a good-faith attempt to resolve a dispute before formal proceedings, without preventing urgent protective action or a right to approach a competent authority.
The governing-law information shown on this page applies subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdictional rights that apply to you. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an existing paid arrangement will be communicated as required and will not be used to rewrite a completed purchase retrospectively. If you do not accept a material future change, contact us about ending the affected service and any rights or remedies that apply.
