1. Use the shared platform responsibly
This policy applies to websites, accounts, uploaded files, community activity, integrations and other use of Bizlif. You are responsible for your own activity and the people you authorize. Use the platform only for activity you are legally entitled to carry out and within the features and limits of your plan. A publicly available feature is not permission to exploit it or harm another person.
2. Unlawful, abusive or deceptive activity
Do not use Bizlif to commit, facilitate or promote unlawful activity or to deceive people about who you are, what you sell or the rights they have. Content and commerce must meet the laws that apply to your business and audience.
- No fraud, phishing, impersonation, credential theft or deceptive payment collection.
- No child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, trafficking or content promoting such abuse.
- No unlawful threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, non-consensual intimate material or instructions for violent wrongdoing.
- No sale of prohibited goods, unlawful financial schemes or infringement of another person's rights.
- No false claims that a website is operated, endorsed or certified by Bizlif or another party.
3. Security, malware and unauthorized access
Do not upload malware, distribute harmful downloads, probe accounts or systems without permission, bypass authentication or plan restrictions, interfere with another tenant, exploit a vulnerability, or attempt to obtain another customer's data. Do not conceal prohibited activity through an integration, embed or linked destination.
A good-faith security report should minimize access and impact: stop once you have enough information to explain the problem, do not access or retain other people's data, and contact us privately. A report is not permission to run disruptive tests on production.
4. Copyright, privacy and content permissions
Only upload, publish, process and share content you own or are authorized to use. Respect licenses for themes, photos, videos, fonts, software and other materials. Do not publish confidential or personal information without a lawful basis and any required permissions.
If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with the exact URLs, the right involved, supporting information and a way to reach you. We may request evidence of authority, seek a response from the account holder, restrict the material where appropriate, and retain records required for a dispute or lawful process. We do not promise to determine a contested legal question solely from an unsupported allegation.
5. Messages, community and marketing
Do not send spam, deceptive campaigns or unsolicited bulk messages, and do not evade an unsubscribe, consent, contact or notification preference. You must have the permissions needed to upload a mailing list or contact data. Keep community posts and reviews relevant and honest; do not fabricate reviews, manipulate engagement or disclose private customer information in a public reply.
6. Plan limits and platform resources
Do not evade storage, bandwidth, site, product, user or other plan limits by splitting activity across accounts or abusing automation. Do not run denial-of-service traffic, unauthorized scraping, open proxies, a public file-distribution service unrelated to supported website use, or other workloads that materially disrupt the shared platform.
Normal peaks in a genuine business website are different from abuse. We may investigate unusual activity and ask you to reduce a harmful workload, fix a faulty integration or choose an appropriate arrangement. A paid plan does not authorize an unlimited or unsupported workload simply because a specific metric is not shown in the interface.
7. Reports, protective action and review
Report a concern through the contact route on this page with the affected URL/account, a factual explanation and relevant evidence. Do not submit another person's password or unnecessary sensitive data.
We may investigate and restrict content, a feature, a website or an account where reasonably necessary to address harm, a serious violation or a lawful requirement. We may act immediately for urgent security/safety issues or where notice is legally restricted. Where practical, we will explain the reason and how to seek review. You may respond with corrective action or evidence if you think a restriction was mistaken. Our response does not remove your own legal responsibilities or mandatory rights.
