1. Who this policy covers
This policy covers the Bizlif marketing website, the Bizlif account dashboard and our operation of the website-building and hosting platform. Bizlif is responsible for personal information we use to operate our own business, including account, subscription, support and security information. Our operator and contact details are shown on this page.
A business website created using Bizlif is operated by its website owner. That owner decides what information to collect from its customers and visitors, what to sell, and which apps to connect. Its own privacy notice applies to those activities. When we store that website's customer information on the owner's instructions, the Data Processing Terms also apply.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information created as you use the platform, and limited information from services you choose to connect. We do not need your Google password. Google sign-in supplies identity information through a verified sign-in response.
- Account details: name, email address, profile image and the account identifier supplied by Google.
- Website content: pages, products, blog posts, media, settings, domains and content you choose to publish or submit to the builder.
- Business records: subscription choices, billing status, transaction references, invoices and any payment-proof image you submit.
- Communications: support requests, feedback, reports and information you send us.
- Technical records: IP address, browser/device information, request times, session identifiers, error records and security events.
- Optional features: notification subscriptions, referral attribution, community content and data sent to an app or AI feature when you use that feature.
3. How we use information
We use account and content information to authenticate you, maintain your websites, provide hosting, publish the content you select, enforce plan limits and operate the features you request. Billing information is used to administer payments, subscriptions, refunds and records. Technical records help prevent abuse, investigate incidents, maintain reliability and understand the operation of the service.
We use support communications to respond and resolve problems. We may send service, security, billing and policy notices needed for your account. Optional marketing messages, optional tracking and optional notifications should follow your applicable choices. We do not sell account information or use private customer content for an unrelated advertising business.
4. Lawful processing and your consent
We use the lawful basis that applies to the particular activity, such as performing the service agreement you request, meeting a legal obligation, establishing or defending a legal claim, or obtaining valid consent where required. A consent for one optional purpose is not a blanket permission for every other purpose. You can withdraw an optional choice using the relevant control or by contacting us. We do not treat merely reading this policy as consent to every possible use or international transfer. Where applicable, you may ask about a decision based solely on automated processing that has legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Payments and financial information
Payment methods available to you depend on the platform configuration and what is displayed at checkout. A payment provider may collect payment details directly. We receive the transaction references, payment status and billing information needed to administer your purchase; we do not ask you to send card passwords or card security codes to support.
If you submit bank-transfer proof, avoid including unrelated transactions or other people's financial information. That image is handled as account/billing information and is available to authorized personnel who need to verify the payment. Third-party payment providers have their own privacy notices.
6. Service providers and other disclosures
We share information only where needed for the service, at your direction, to protect rights and safety, or where disclosure is legally required. Providers may include hosting infrastructure, configured file storage, Google for sign-in, enabled payment providers, and an email or notification provider when that service is configured. Access should be limited to the purpose being performed.
Connecting an app or choosing an AI feature may send relevant information to that provider. Review that feature and the provider's terms before supplying confidential or sensitive material. Published website content and public community posts are visible to their intended audience, which can include search engines.
If our business is reorganized or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law. We will provide any notice required by law.
7. Storage, location and security
Information may be stored on hosting servers and, where configured, cloud file storage. Infrastructure and providers may process information outside your country. Ask us for information about the arrangements relevant to your account if location or transfer restrictions are important to your business. We do not promise that all information remains in the United Arab Emirates or in any particular country. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or safeguard, that requirement must be satisfied for the relevant processing; this policy is not a substitute for it.
We use measures such as HTTPS, access controls and separation of application secrets from public files. Security also depends on protecting your Google account, controlling team access, using trusted integrations and keeping your own content copies. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly through our contact route.
8. How long information is retained
We retain account and hosted content while needed to provide the service and administer the account. Support records are retained for resolving and documenting requests. Billing, legal, fraud-prevention and security records may need to be kept after an account closes. Retention depends on the purpose, applicable obligations and any dispute or security hold.
Deletion from active systems and expiry from backups are different processes. A deleted record may remain in restricted backups until those backups are replaced through the applicable retention cycle. We do not promise instant deletion from every backup. Ask us about a specific deletion request rather than assuming that canceling a paid plan deletes an account or its content.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, delete, restrict or object to the use of your information, or withdraw a consent. Contact us using the details on this page. We may need to verify your identity and authority without collecting more information than necessary. Legal retention, the rights of others and security requirements may limit a request.
You can change supported profile/settings fields in the dashboard, control browser notification permission, disconnect integrations you no longer want, and manage optional marketing-site storage through Cookie settings. Withdrawing a consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Contact the relevant website owner first for information collected through a customer website; we can assist that owner where we act as its hosting provider.
10. Children and sensitive information
Bizlif accounts are intended for people who are old enough to enter the service agreement and authorized to act for their business. The platform is not designed as a service for children. Do not submit government identity documents, complete card details, medical records or other highly sensitive information unless a feature specifically requires it and appropriate arrangements have been agreed. Contact us if you believe information about a child has been supplied inappropriately.
11. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or obtain a choice where applicable law requires it. Material changes should be read before continuing to use the affected feature.
For questions, privacy requests or concerns, use the contact details shown here or our Contact page. If applicable law provides a right to complain to a supervisory or consumer authority, this policy does not restrict it.
